On the Right to Anger
Every right has responsibilities. Anger is mostly performative and anticlimactic.
There was a time in my life when I practiced anger. I would get upset at losing games on the playground. Being insulted. Being ghosted. When my friends were late to the movies. When I couldn’t find a new mate after breaking up with my first girlfriend.
I guess I wasn’t very happy back then. I really didn’t know how to be happy as a young man.
