Public infrastructure doesn't produce rents
That's why Trump doesn't talk about public infrastructure.
One thing missing from our discourse is public infrastructure. Trump rarely talks about it. He certainly doesn’t promote it. I think I see the logic: Government doesn’t produce anything of value, so let’s cut as much as we can to see if private enterprise will step up to meet demand.
What demand?
